Any product would qualify as a return if it meets any of the following conditions:
- Wrong product, size, or color
- Damaged product
- Product lost in shipment
- Products with major quality defects
* Items must be returned in their original packaging in an unused state still bearing tags attached along with the receipt. We do not bear any responsibility to accept goods that have been used. Items returned over 4 working days may only be accepted at our discretion.
*Returned items must only be exchanged with products available in the store which has the value or higher value (in which case cash or credit cards may be used for the difference). No cash refund.
*N.B. We are associated with a shipping company to deliver orders. Hence, the delivery process is not completely in our control. We apologize for occurrence of any damage & promise to compensate for it.
